The Grow Academy after school program partners with families and the community to help students develop the skills necessary to become entrepreneurial, self-sufficient adults who contribute responsibly to a global society.
Mission To provide Millcreek students with the academic and cultural enrichment they need to excel. By offering academic support and diverse extracurricular activities, we help students meet core standards in math, science, and literacy while supporting the growth of the entire family.
Vision To create a resource-rich environment where every student reaches their highest potential through social, cultural, and educational involvement.

Extended School Program (ESP) at Millcreek Elementary is operated by Lexington Parks and Recreation. The program is state-licensed and provides a safe, fun, and structured environment for KG-5 students after school. With recreation and leisure activities, strict staff-to-student ratios, and acceptance of programs like CCAP, ESP makes after-school care an easy option for families.
